Due to our rural location (Halfmoon Bay, BC) and in an effort to keep shipping costs low, orders will be shipped out once per week.
If you input an insufficient delivery address or fail to retrieve your package from your local post office once your tracking information information tells you it is available for pickup, you will need to cover the second shipping fee + return fee should the package be returned to us. If you input an incorrect address and the package does not arrive, or the package is stolen off your porch, Bee Kind is not responsible.
While rare, we have seen postal delays occurring that can last up to a month. Bee Kind is not responsible for postal delays and customs delays.

Free Shipping and Flat Rate Shipping fees are valid within North America. For all international orders, the exact rate from the shipping provider is passed onto the customer.
If your package arrives damaged, you must take photos of the damaged package which clearly shows your shipping label, in addition to images of the damaged product. We cannot file an insurance claim with the postal service and replace your product without these photos. Please email us with your photos at customerservice@beekindwraps.ca
